After meeting with three air conditioing firms, getting their prices and discussing the fixes needed, I met Gary from Servair. He was patient, took me seriously and together we developed a list of the big things and the small things that were going to dramatically improve the operation of the entire system. His price wasn’t the lowest but the value of his offer and the confidence I had that he would bring the right people to the job won me over.

While we have always felt that Servair was the one to call when we needed service or new equipment, we never had the good experience we had when talking with you about an emergency 1400 miles from New Hampshire. It was as though we were there with you and that everything was going to be all right!! As snow birds we needed that! Thanks again.

I just wanted to do something I’ve never done before. I’m writing to thank you all for doing such a great job!! You put in a 13 S.E.E.R Lennox system for us on April 2nd of 1999, our electric bills last year were $270.00 a month in the summer. You will be glad to know that our electric bill for June & July was $138.45. We tell everyone how pleased we are with Servair & what a great system we have. General Manager Tony Adorante was very responsive and professional. Our A.C. unit had to be replaced and Tony assistance with selecting a unit for our budget and not trying to up sell us was very appreciative. He was able to order quickly and get it shipped. Once it arrived his crew was quick and professional with the installation. They even cleaned up all debris and installed the thermostat and made sure everything was was working properly. They gave us our documents in a professional binder and even had a spa gift for my wife. I would highly recommend these guys for your A.C service.
